Happy birthday 7 year old

This is a blog about my birthday. When I got up, the first thing I said was “it’s my birthday!” I went downstairs and we had breakfast. Then I opened my presents. 4 knights, 2 with horses and 2 without; a tamagotchi; an exploding volcano which needs two ingredients – 1) baking soda and 2) vinegar. I had a balloon helicopter but they got stuck in a tree. I got two bionicles and Yugio cards from Rowan. I got Asterisk and the Big Fight, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and two other books. Then we went swimming in the indoor heated pool. For lunch we had Macaroni Cheese. Then we went bowling. Dad won the first race and I won the second!! Then me and Dad played air hockey while Jenna, Rowan and Mum played car races. Jenna won the car race and I won the air hockey. Then I went to play in the park while they made my surprise present. It was balloons and banners. Then we had birthday tea. The tea was chicken curry. The dessert was cake, smarties, fruit salad and meringues. I chose all the food. Then I had Order of the Phoenix to read – its really good. I’m on chapter 7 now. We played 5 games of pick back and 5 games of sevens and 1 game of bridge. Then I went up into bed and we went to sleep. It was very very good. From Rhys xxx
